Course Policies

Cancelation

Live In Person

OccuPro reserves the right to cancel any Live in Person course however to date OccuPro has canceled very few courses. If OccuPro cancels a course due to low attendance OccuPro will provide the attendee with a certificate to participate in a future training session. The course attendee will also be offered the option of taking the course as a Live Webcast or On-Demand course if available in these formats. If that participant is unable to attend within 1 year than a full refund will be issued after one year.

Attendees may cancel any course as long as OccuPro receives cancellation confirmation greater than 10 days prior to that course being scheduled. The attendee will receive a full refund of that course less a $100.00 processing fee.

Attendees may cancel any course 3 to 10 days prior to that course being schedule and the attendee will receive a 50% refund of that course.

Attendees canceling any course less than 3 days prior of that course being offered will be required to pay for the entire course tuition.

OccuPro is not responsible for fees incurred related to cancellation of travel expenses to include but not limited to airline, rental car, and/or hotel.

Live Webcast

OccuPro reserves the right to cancel any Live Webcast course, however to date, very few courses have been canceled. If a Live Webcast course is canceled due to low attendance, attendees will receive a certificate to participate in a future Live Webcast, Live In Person, or On Demand training.

Once course material has been mailed to a Live Webcast attendee, that attendee is unable to cancel the course. If course material has not been sent to the attendee, they will receive a full refund of the course less a $100.00 processing fee.

On Demand

Once an On Demand course is purchased that course may not be cancelled at any time.

Conflict of Interest and Financial Disclosure

Employees or agents of OccuPro is obligated to disclose any known potential conflicts of interest or financial gain when teaching OccuPro courses.

All instructors will inform course attendees that there is no conflict of interest or financial gain during the continuing education course work. The OccuPro software may be utilized during course work as a teaching tool for documentation purposes only. OccuPro course instructors do not promote or sell OccuPro software, or any other products or services, during the course. All participants are made aware that they do not need to purchase the OccuPro software and are provided with alternative documentation options.

 

Accessibility/Special Needs

OccuPro will make every effort possible to accommodate attendees with disabilities. We will provide an instructional environment that enhances the learning process. Instructional aids will be available when appropriate and necessary to provide a high level learning environment. OccuPro’s National Research and Training facility in Kenosha, WI is a fully accessible training facility. Training locations outside of OccuPro’s National Research and Training center will be chosen with full intention to accommodate individuals with disabilities.
