The course presenters along with the attendees will discussvarious evidence based, reliable, and valid testing methodologies commonly incorporated into in-house testing methodologies and used within commercially based testing methodologies. The evidence based testing methodologies discussedin this course are built around assessment tools that have been court tested with published reliability and validity studies.

- Identify the most recent evidence based FCE testing methodologies within research
- Describe the pros and cons of a kinesiophysical approach versus and psychophysical approach
- Reference literature that has research on both sides of the fence and make a decision on which side you will fall
- Understand and document advanced FCE testing methodologies to make sure your specific testing protocols are valid, reliable and evidence based
- Understand the implications of the Daubert standard and know how to exceed this standard in your testing and documentation
- Practice documentation techniques that take your FCE to the highest of testing
- Discuss the various in-house and commercially based testing methodologies and determine which have the most and least reliability and validity.
