-
OccuPro is thrilled to welcome Brooks Rehabilitation as an OccuProOnline Application Assessment client. Along with implementing the software, Brooks Rehabilitation also certified one of its staff members through an OccuPro Certified Industrial Rehabilitation Training course in December 2011. OccuPro thanks Brooks Rehabilitation for their business and welcomes them as a new OccuPro software client.
About Brooks Rehabilitation:
Brooks Rehabilitation, a non-profit organization with locations in Jacksonville, Tampa Bay, Orlando and St. Augustine, Florida, offers a full range of the most advanced inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation therapies. With a dedicated staff whose main objective is to provide highly personalized, evidence-based care, Brooks Rehabilitation continues to grow by offering the most cutting edge therapies to help their patients recover and live a better quality of life. Brooks Rehabilitation ensures this standard by investing in OccuPro’s software and continuing education courses and therefore providing its clients with the best and most up-to-date technologies available today.
Brooks Rehabilitation has provided industrial rehabilitation and Functional Capacity Evaluations throughout Florida for many years but recently was looking for a software system that would allow them to complete their documentation in a quicker manner. They researched many of the FCE systems on the market and in the end chose OccuPro’s Online Assessment Application secondary to the many testing options all in one system, the scalability of the software secondary to it being a web based application, the flexibility to put in custom testing per various patients, and the ability to complete your post test FCE documentation within 15 minutes.
“The course met my expectations to help me become a better clinician to treat this patient population.” -Joshua Schuette, DPT, M.E.S.S, CSCS
About OccuPro Software/Courses:
OccuPro's Comprehensive Industrial Rehabilitation Training course is the industry’s only course that teaches clinicians the most comprehensive and profitable approach to a full industrial rehab program. Clinicians and practices turn to this course when they are looking to put full return to work industrial program into their practice and increase their opportunities to work with local employers. This course also complements OccuPro’s Online Assessment Application software as this web based system has the most testing options as compared to any other software system on the market.
The main aspect of OccuPro’s innovative approach to industrial rehab software includes the implementation of their proprietary Functional Progress Notes and Functional Discharge Summaries. Functional Progress Notes and Functional Discharge Summaries are functional re-assessments that are performed during outpatient therapy. Unlike an FCE that tests a person’s entire body, these functional re-assessments test the injured joint to help determine if the injured joint is ready to return to full duty work. Along with the Comprehensive Industrial Rehabilitation Training program, the Online Assessment Application offers a turnkey approach to clinicians and rehab clinics implementing a full industrial rehab program.
About OccuPro:
OccuPro has provided rehabilitation facilities throughout North America with state of the art industrial rehabilitation programming for more than 10 years. The methodologies that OccuPro teaches clinics throughout the United States include implementing a full approach to industrial rehab from initial outpatient evaluation all the way to their return to work. Clinics that implement OccuPro's Online Assessment Application and participate in their Comprehensive Industrial Rehab Training course are clinics that specialize in the treatment of the injured worker.
