Georgia Hospital Implements OccuPro software
OccuPro is proud to announce the recent implementation of its comprehensive suite of industrial rehab software into one of Georgia's leading hospitals. Southern Regional Medical Center outside Atlanta, Georgia has been considering implementing industrial rehabilitation and Functional Capacity Evaluations for some time. They recently sent one of their lead therapists, Debbie Jones, MS, PT to OccuPro's Spring 2011 Functional Capacity Evaluation Training continuing education course. Following the course Southern Regional Medical Center decided they also wanted to implement OccuPro's full software system including their Functional Capacity Evaluation Software.Following the FCE course Debbie Jones reported "This course met my expectations and the instructor was great."
OccuPro's Functional Capacity Evaluation software allows clinicians to complete their post test documentation within 15 minutes following a standard 3-4 hour patient evaluation duration. The software also calculates a patients consistency of effort and reliability of pain using a wide battery of consistency and reliability tests. Eighty percent of your documentation is completed by the software with your final recommendation being made by the analysis of the final data.
The testing method OccuPro teaches is a 100% kinesiophysical approach in which the results of the test is based on a strict observation of a clients overall mechanics performed during testing.
