Our Post Offer/Pre Employment Testing Certification Course is designed for professionals who are looking to implement or expand their knowledge in performing legally defensible pre-placement and post-offer testings/screenings. This is the only training course in which you will go on-site at a local company, perform an on-site job analysis, create a job description, and design a post offer employment test in class! The course teaches the latest ADAAA, EEOC, Civil Rights Law, supreme court precedent, and provides research to help you design legally defensible POETs and fit-for-duty tests.

Course Completion

Course Schedule

Day one:

  • Discuss the different types of post offer tests on the market
  • Learn the ins and outs of ADAAA and civil rights legislation and supreme court precedent
  • Receive research to put together legally defensible POETs and fit-for-duty tests
  • Learn how to perform a high level job analysis to collect the essential functions
  • Go on-site to a local company for preparation of a job analysis and job description
  • Design a post offer/pre employment test based on the on-site findings

Day two:

  • Create/document your findings from the JDA.
  • Write the job description and document the physical demands associated with each essential function
  • Learn how to obtain and grow your business
  • How to be recognized as the best in our market and how to market your skills to companies
