Exceptional as always! Jim is a wealth of knowledge and based on his presentations you know he continues to review the latest research, literature, and incorporates it into the lectures and software.

Karen Spiecher, OTR/L

The course exceeded my expectations. I will be able to immediately implement the information and approach in my daily practice. It was most beneficial learning how to objectively measure a patient functionally, how to set treatment goals that are measurable and appropriate, and how to better document. Billing/coding was also very helpful in how to better charge for what we do.

The On Demand course was extremely informative and I'm so glad I took it this way because I clicked the back button about 100 times so I could take accurate notes. I am so pleased with the course, the content, and materials. This was great and I'm very thankful.
