Through lecture, demonstration and panel discussion, this course will explore the diverse components of worker’s compensation care including: Independent Medical Exams (IMEs), office ergonomics, Wisconsin state resources for injured workers, employee partnership developments, and job simulations and treatment.
Six continuing education credits are being pursued with Wisconsin Physical Therapy Association for attendance at this course. Additionally, this program has been pre-approved for six CE contact hours by The Commission for Case Manager Certification to provide continuing education credit to CCM® board certified case managers. Per AOTA guidelines, OT/COTA disciplines are able to claim educational credits for participation in this conference. A certificate of attendance will be given to participants.
